Toy Library

Why Borrow Toys?

Regular playing with appropriate toys encourages exploration and the development of new skills. Play is fun, and an essential part of child development that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

A selection of toys you can borrow
  • Construction – bricks, duplo, interstar
  • Games – Lotto, dominoes, opposites
  • Sensory & Visual – Roly poly drum, texture blocks, mirror chime mobile
  • Imaginative Play – dressing up, dolls house, playmobil
  • Early Years – activity centre, spinning balls top, bumble ball
  • Shape & Colour – sorters and threading
  • Transport – garage, play mat, cars, trucks
We have a wide range of stimulating, quality toys as well as a range of toys specifically chosen for children with additional support needs.

Membership
Membership of the Toy Library is free. Toys can be borrowed for up to 4 weeks. Parents/carers are welcome to come along to any of our venues and stay to play with their children and try the toys.
We would welcome help with running the Toy Library, i.e. Cataloguing, setting out Toys, etc. Please come along and join us. Sessions run between 11am and 1.30pm
