#TimetoTalk day may be behind us, but we know here at Home-Start Clacks how vital supporting our mental wellbeing is, especially when your family is growing.

Our Family Support Coordinator Leyanne is thrilled to launch our new “Bumps to Babies” support today. She said:

"During pregnancy and following birth, our bodies go through so many changes - and so do our minds. Quite often we can experience struggles we never had before and it can be a very lonely and scary experience."

We believe that no one should experience this alone, which is why we have launched our new parent and infant mental health (PIMH) support service, through a peer support group.

"Our PIMHs group will run every Monday from the lovely new Wasp Community space in Alloa, "The Hive", giving mums a safe space to meet others who are also experiencing these challenges. Myself and our volunteers running the group have undergone dedicated training to support mums through this journey and provide tailored support and advice to help them navigate this time".
