Our New Website is Live!
With the launch of the new website, we are hoping to make it easier for families to reach out and get support from us, and for individuals to volunteer with us or support us.
Reaching out for help can be a big step for parents and unfortunately it is often seen as a defeat. Nobody wants to feel stigmatized or judged. Life can change for anyone in a very short amount of time, which is where we come in offering non-stigmatizing, holistic and individual family support to young, struggling families in Clacks. With our new website we are able to provide extensive information on:
- Who we are
- What exactly we can offer and how
- The different ways to contact us
- Our latest news and events
- Our blog
It will allow families to take things at their own pace, to hopefully make reaching out for help easier, more straightforward, and less uncomfortable.
The new website is also designed to make it easier to volunteer with us. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers and our new website has an entire section dedicated to volunteering:
- Why volunteering is important
- What volunteers and the families they support gain from it
- The training volunteers receive
- Frequently asked questions
- A quick online form to fill out and get in touch with us to register your interest in volunteering with us
As a not-for-profit organisation, Home-Start Clacks relies on funding. With our new website, people interested in supporting us will be able to find:
- The different options we offer
- How it works
- Why supporting us makes a difference to local, struggling families
The idea here is to make the process of supporting us faster, a lot more transparent, and more straightforward.
