#TimetoTalk day may be behind us, but we know here at Home-Start Clacks how vital supporting our mental wellbeing is, especially when your family is growing.

Our Family Support Coordinators are central to the support services we offer our local families. As a Family Support Coordinator, you, along with our other three Coordinators will be the first point of contact for a referred family, engaging them through initial visit, providing information, and helping them to shape their package of support.

We are looking to welcome a new Family Support Group Worker to our team due to an exciting new partnership with Action for Children, to build a pre-5’s service locally for families. This is a fixed term contract, with potential for extension, funding dependent.

Good Morning Britain is supporting us at Home-Start Clackmannanshire on their 1 Million Minutes campaign, which has been running throughout December to help those who are experiencing loneliness.

We are hiring! Join our team as a Family Support Worker and work directly with young children and their families, providing them with direct emotional and practical support within their homes, and the wider community, in order to promote, strengthen, and develop their ability to manage their lives and thrive.

As a volunteer at Home-Start, I've had the privilege of supporting a families and witnessing first hand the transformative power of the collective efforts of the Home-Start team.

We have received funding to formalise our employability work at our shop in Alloa! We have 20 free spots until March 2024 for parents/carers that will receive customer service experience and wrap-around accredited training.
